Ownership and Licensing

• Initial Ownership: Upon submission, you retain ownership of your article but grant Terratra OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to publish, distribute, and archive it on our blog and related platforms.

• Attribution: You will be credited as the author with your name, bio, or profile link as provided, unless you request otherwise.

• Ownership Upon Account Deletion: If your account is deleted, whether by you or Terratra OÜ, ownership of your published articles transfers to Terratra OÜ. Terratra OÜ retains full rights to use, modify, or archive the article under our brand.



Account Deletion and Article Status

• Article Retention: Upon account deletion, articles remain published on Terratra OÜ’s blog under Terratra OÜ’s ownership.

• No Obligation to Remove: Terratra OÜ is not obligated to remove articles after account deletion, as they become our property to maintain the integrity and value of our content archive.



Account Suspension or Termination

• Right to Reject Articles: Terratra OÜ reserves the right to reject any article submission at its sole discretion without providing a reason, ensuring alignment with our editorial standards and platform objectives.

• Account Suspension or Termination: Terratra OÜ may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate any account without providing a reason, including but not limited to cases where submitted content is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with Terratra OÜ’s Article Posting Guidelines. Upon suspension or termination, all user-posted content will be removed from our platform.



Prohibited Topics and Guidelines

• Sensitive issues (politics, religion, divisive social topics) unless directly relevant to translation.

• Confidential client data, proprietary processes, or sensitive information.

• Offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory content.

• Unrelated topics (e.g., personal hobbies, non-industry news).

• Plagiarism or unoriginal content; always cite sources.

• Promotional content or advertising.

• Misinformation or unverified claims, especially about technology.



Additional Terms

• Compliance: Articles must comply with Terratra OÜ’s Article Posting Guidelines, prohibiting sensitive topics, confidential information, offensive content, plagiarism, promotional material, or misinformation.

• Liability: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content. Terratra OÜ is not liable for any claims arising from your article.

• Modifications: Terratra OÜ may update these terms at any time. Continued submission of articles after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
